Our Semi Contact Sparring Helmet comes in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. Measure your head circumference to determine the perfect size for you. The small size fits head circumferences up to 50cm or 19.5 inches, the medium size fits head circumferences of 51-60cm or 20-23.5 inches, and the large size fits head circumferences of 61cm or 24 inches and above.
Our Semi Contact Sparring Gloves come in four sizes: Xtra Small, Small, Medium, and Large. Determine your size based on your shoe size. The Xtra Small size is perfect for those who wear undersize two shoes, the Small size is for those who wear size 2-5 shoes, the Medium size is for those who wear a size 6-9 shoes, and the Large size is for those who wear a size nine shoes and above.
Our Semi Contact Sparring Boots come in five sizes: XtraXtraSmall, Xtra Small, Small, Medium, and Large. The XtraXtraSmall size is perfect for children who wear shoe sizes 10-11, the Xtra Small size is for children who wear shoe sizes 12-1 or adults with smaller feet, the Small size is for adults who wear shoe sizes 2-5, the Medium size is for adults who wear shoe sizes 6-9, and the Large size is for adults who wear shoe sizes 10-13.
