INTSRUTOR TRAINING Programme (ITP)

£999.00

You may be aware that at Robson’s Family Karate, we offer a Certified Instructor Training programme in association with the national Instructor Training Programme (ITP) for Martial Arts. We work with the ITA to provide a structured training programme that enhances our team’s professional development through a 15-month formal training and leadership development programme.

This programme is offered so that we can provide the opportunity to begin instructor training alongside progression through Robson’s Family Karate curriculum and for assistant instructors to become fully qualified instructors. Successful applicants will already have committed to the club and their training. They must show the potential to develop into influential leaders who will positively represent the club and its values.

To be selected for the ITA programme, applicants must:

®     Be committed to their training

®     Demonstrate a commitment to the club, including activities outside of standard classes

®     Fully embody the standards and ethos of the club

®     Show enthusiasm, loyalty, and a willingness to learn

®     Be over the age of 14

®     Be willing to attend weekly instructor training and monthly team development

®     Provide instructor support for a minimum set number of sessions per week

®     Be fully ready to commit to the programme and the club for the duration of the training

®     Be willing to purchase and wear the designated uniform when supporting classes and club activities

Upon completing the programme, you will be a certified full instructor or junior instructor (age dependant) under the ITA specifications. The skills and knowledge you will gain during the programme will undoubtedly benefit and enhance other areas of your personal and professional life. Progression opportunities could include appointments within our team (subject to available vacancies) or even the possibility of starting your club or franchise!

Our instructors have agreed that you fulfil the requirements for entry to the programme and show the potential to become a great instructor. We have recently opened applications for the next intake on our instructor development programme and would be delighted if you would consider yourself for this opportunity.

We invite you to the next Instructor Training Discovery Sessions to learn more about the programme, what is involved, and what you will gain. If you cannot attend, please speak to Jamie Robson to make an appointment to talk to them about the programme.

I sincerely hope you will consider this opportunity and look forward to having you as part of our team.

Yours sincerely,

Jamie Robson
