Who is Nela Lesniak? Well, I am a full-time cool sister, funniest friend, and angelic daughter who never gives up, this may seem very usual but not if I must take care of my two crazy siblings, my independent mum, and amazing friends. I am also a four-year pescetarian who from a young age loves animals and cares for them so incredibly that I started my meat-free diet at the age of eleven. I had always had a passion for caring for people, therefore always try to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it…. In my spare time, I tend to play games and stream them and yes this may be not very intellectual of me as most people think a book makes you smart, yet I still find myself enjoying the competition and online friends. I also find digital content highly fun. My journey started at the age of fifteen in karate and am solely already incredibly interested in it. I am hoping to improve my people skills for the future and get to know myself more and the wonderful people around me. I want to find my true passion within myself. I have a passion for people, although I may not be the most outspoken person, I really love to get comfortable with people and be able to joke around.
How and why I started karate may not be my proudest moment, as I was attacked and assaulted. Although this deeply hurts me to speak of this, I must face it. It is the reason why I started. In my first class of karate, I was shy, confused, and terrified! I didn’t know what was going on just flying hands and feet everywhere! Now I have been roughly around two months or many more at karate time just flies when I spend my time here. During my time at karate, I have learnt different techniques I will never forget from one-steps, and sparring to my favourite self-defence. Before I joined Robson’s Family Karate, I was insecure, shy, and very quiet. However, now I am a lot more confident than before I feel like I can conquer the world! I find myself speaking more clearly and don’t find myself obsessing over that one little strand of hair that keeps flying around making me look like a clown, because I am not, I am a JLA and ITA member and I have never been so proud as I am now… I will continue to push myself as a person in all my actions and I can promise you I will succeed as I will not stop until I succeed!
