Important: Upcoming Grading – Saturday, 7th June 2025

We hope you're keeping well. We're excited to let you know that the next belt grading is fast approaching, and we can't wait to see the amazing progress everyone has made.

Below is everything you need to know to get prepared and registered in time for the big day:

Step 1: Submit Your Grading Form

Please complete and return your Grading Form, along with the correct cash-only payment, by Saturday, 25th May 2025. Forms must be submitted in the provided envelope with your full name and federation number clearly written on the front.

Grading Fees (Cash Only):

• Mini Ninjas (ages 3–6): £30

• Warriors / Spartans (ages 7+): £40

Late applications cannot be accepted after this date.

Step 2: Use Our School App

Stay connected and manage your grading easily through the RFKC School App. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you can grab it here: RFKC App Click Here.

Step 3: Federation Membership

To be eligible to grade, all students must hold an active membership with the UK & Ireland Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation.

• Your Federation membership is separate from your school licence.

• It is your responsibility to ensure it remains current.

• Unregistered or expired memberships cannot be accepted for grading.

Step 4: Double-Check Your Grading Form

Before submitting, make sure your form includes:

• Student's full name

• Federation number

• Current contact details (address, email, phone number)

Please print clearly and review all details carefully before submitting them.

Uniform Guidelines

• All students must wear the official Robson's Family Karate uniform and their current belt.

• No T-shirts or alternative clothing allowed.

• Green & Red Belts: Ensure your uniforms are properly trimmed before the day.

Failure to meet uniform standards may result in non-admittance to grading.
