This focused 2-hour intensive training session is designed specifically for White and Yellow Belt karate students, giving them the time, space, and coaching needed to strengthen foundations and progress with confidence.
🕥 Time: 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

All curriculum stripes will be available during this session. Students can demonstrate understanding, address any gaps, and clearly track their progress toward their next belt.

This session provides extra guidance in a structured, supportive environment, helping students make meaningful progress on the mats.
