December Grading

🥋 Upcoming Belt Grading – Saturday 6th December 2025 (Booking Deadline: 22nd November)

We are pleased to announce that the next Belt Grading will take place on Saturday, 22nd November 2025. This is a key milestone in every student’s martial arts journey and an opportunity to demonstrate the progress, commitment, and discipline developed over the last term.

To participate, please ensure the following steps are completed no later than Saturday, 22nd November 2025.

🔹 Step 1 – Grading Form & Payment

Grading forms must be submitted with payment by the deadline. You can complete this in one of two ways:

  • Through the RFKC School App (secure online payment), or Cash at class (forms must be in a clearly marked envelope with the student’s full name and federation number).

💷 Grading Fees:

  • Mini Ninjas (ages 3–6): £30

  • Warriors & Spartans (ages 7+): £40

Please note: Late applications cannot be accepted after Friday, 23rd August 2025.

🔹 Step 2 – Federation Membership

All students must hold a current membership with the UK & Ireland Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation to be eligible for grading.

🔗 Register or renew online: Federation Membership

This membership is separate from your school licence. Students with expired memberships will not be permitted to grade.

🔹 Step 3 – Uniform Standards

To maintain the highest level of professionalism and tradition:

  • Students must wear the official Robson’s Family Karate Do Bohk (uniform).

  • The current belt must be worn correctly.

  • Green & Red Belts must ensure correct trims are applied before grading.

If a new uniform or belt is required, please speak with your instructor as soon as possible.

🎯 Why Grading Is Important

Grading is not just a test; it is a celebration of the student’s progress and an essential part of their martial arts journey. It develops:

  • Confidence and self-belief

  • Discipline and focus

  • A sense of achievement and progression

📌 Action Required:

  • Submit the grading form and payment via the app or in cash

  • Ensure payment is received by Saturday, 22nd November 2025

  • Confirm Federation Membership is active

  • Check uniform meets grading standards
